Hotel Description
The Hotel was built in 1700.The hotel has been completely renovated after fire and re-opened in early 1998. It faces the quayside on the main route through Waterford. It has a traditional facade and very modern interior. The new Dooleys bears little relation to the old. It is a very popular hotel which combines the warmth of a family run hotel with brand new rooms and facilities. It was voted the best run hotel in the country by Holiday Ireland for 1998.
